Polhemus Residences Cobble Hill

The Polhemus is considered to be the first skyscraper hospital ever built. Located in the heart of Cobble Hill, Brooklyn, the 8-story, French Renaissance motif buidling was converted to a boutique collection of 17 residences. The approach was to develop a visual narrative leveraging the architectural, classical constituents of the original structure with a family-oriented personality of soft, floral imagery counter-balanced by a unique array of elegant patterns throughout the identity.
